1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Return requests must be made within 7–14 days of delivery (you can adjust this timeframe).
Items that are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized products
- Items purchased on clearance or sale
- Gift cards or digital products
- Used, damaged, or altered items
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if item is damaged or defective)
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
- Ship the item back within the given timeframe.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued:
- To the original payment method
- Excluding original shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error)
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos and order details.
We will offer:

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges:

7. International Orders
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
- Delivery delays due to customs are beyond our control.
- Returns from international orders follow the same policy.
8. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them.
- After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
